G Jenks Electrical was awarded the electrical contact. Given the nature of these homes, the detailed electrical works, we needed a firm that was capable of dealing with our requirements.

As a developer, aside of very high end workmanship , what is hugely important to me is the after care we provide to our buyers. On occasions, some of the trades we used at the St Agnes site were lacking in a timely response to client issues and I have found this frustrating. I do have to say that Gareth has and does go out of his way to ensure client satisfaction both during the build process and in the after care.
